Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lenny was found alone in Levitown by one of our previous adopters. Unfortunately, they could not keep him. He is great with other cats, great with people and would do fine with kids and dogs.

Most, if not all, kittens under 5-6 months, do better in pairs. They keep each other company and out of trouble and teach each other how not to play rough. It would be nice for her to be adopted with one of her siblings or to a home with a young playful kitten.

All of our cats and kittens are fully vetted, up-to-date on vaccines, fixed, dewormed, and microchipped.If you’re interested in adopting any of our cats or kittens please complete the application and I will get back to you within 24 hours.

We also verify two references, a vet check for up-to-date vaccinations, SNAP test . We verify the property, and if the adopter is renting, we do require that the lease have information regarding an adoption of a pet or speak with the landlord. It is only after the application is approved that people can come in to meet the cats and kittens.

At SCARLI, in conjunction with LICKS, is a nonprofit, no kill Cat Rescue. Our mission is to reduce Long Island homeless cat population, and it is achieved through rescue, recuperation, and adoption of kittens and cats. We provide TNR services to many of the community cats locally.
