My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Sienna is a 3 month old, female Lab/Cattle dog X  (guessing), puppy who will be joining us along with her siblings from Texas on 03/14/25. Puppies were taken from an overcrowded property by Animal Control and went into care with our rescue partner. She  is a happy sweet pup, doing well in her foster home, friendly with dogs, cats and kids, awaiting his freedom ride to the PNW.

Foster Update: Sienna is a spunky, fluffy, bouncy, up-for-anything pup who approaches the world with confident curiosity. She has adapted well to a routine full of play, frequent potty breaks and puppy naps in her crate and is gaining confidence on walks through the neighborhood. She sleeps through the night in her crate (potty accident-free) and has been making really great progress on potty training with consistent opportunities outside. She enjoys wrestle and play-time with another foster puppy in the house and would do well with another dog in the house to show her around. She's also happy to have kids around and loves joining in the afternoon chaos once everyone comes home from school. She'll do great with training as she's eager to learn and very food-motivated, quick to park her wiggly tail into a "sit" for a treat.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue.
