My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A round of applause for Ringo!

This shining star is ready to take the stage. Ringo was discovered as an injured stray, but has shown a clear preference for indoor venues during his recovery and is hoping to find a band he can play with forever.

ABOUT RINGO:

-In foster
-Young adult, domestic shorthair, male
-Ringo is a handsome tabby who marches to the beat of his own drum.
-He is a playful and purry sweetheart who is still getting comfortable with pets and cuddles, so he will let you know when he needs to take five.
-Ringo has FIV, which is a virus that weakens the immune system of a cat but is not transmissible to humans or other species.
-Ringo is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.

RINGO’S IDEAL HOME:

-Ringo needs a patient and gentle owner who understands that he is still adjusting to the non-touring lifestyle.
-He will do best in a home with lots of backstage comforts and instruments he can play with (he loves his scratcher and ball!)
-Ringo does not require medication but vet checkups twice a year are recommended.
-Cats who have FIV can live just as long as other cats if they are properly cared for with a good diet, an indoor home, and a loving family.
