FOCCAS is a foster based, non-profit rescue in Crossville, TN. The adoption fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea/Tick/Heartworm Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed. Bernie's adoption fee is $275.00. Your application will be processed by a volunteer. Two personal references(non-family) and a reference from your vet are required.

The current foster parent will contact you to answer your questions &make sure the pet is a good fit for both of you.

You will be notified via email when your application has been processed and approved. We will begin making arrangements for transport

Adoption fees can be paid via PayPal in advance . We appreciate an added 3% to cover fees but it is not required.

Any pet transported out of state to a pre-approved adopter will be transported via Rescue Riders LLC, a leader in professional pet transport.
Our pets are fully vetted and will have a health certificate issued by a vet within two weeks of transport.
Once an application is approved, you will be contacted with the details of transport and pick up time and location.
