Selma came to us as a stray who was underweight. She is terrified of being in a shelter. Selma is very laid back and shy. She's such a sweet heart who is looking for a forever home or even a rescue pull. She does not seem to do well with the loud chaos of a shelter environment. She would obviously do better in a home setting, whether a foster home or forever home. We think Selma is a short hair Border Collie.
