Meet Grimm!

She's really just a bundle of energy and affection with four legs and a tail!

Grimm's a smart girl who adores people and could probably live on attention alone, making training wayyyy more fun for everyone involved.

Her energy is contagious (just try to keep a smile off your face when she greets you, we dare you). She's always down to play or go for long walks, and she'll never turn down a good cuddle - but she also knows the value of some well-earned downtime, relaxing by herself.

Grimm is looking for a family to guide her on this new adventure - showing her the ropes of cosy in-home living, teaching her some good manners, and working on some basic commands.

She loves other dogs and wouldn't mind a doggy sibling to be a good role model but she hasn't met any human kiddos yet; either way, in any home with siblings of any kind, proper introductions and clear boundaries are always important! Grimm is not a fan of cats, so she'll need a cat-free forever home.

We do a very thorough screening interview, where we go through all of our policies, regulations and asking very detailed questions.
We perform a home and reference check.
Reference checks are your vet and two personal,
once all of those are completed,
we approve you.
you will out a liability waiver, and then set up a meet and greet
if the dog is the right fit, you sign the adoption agreement, pay the fee and on you go home with your new fido friend!

Bark at the Moon Animal Rescue is a volunteer-based, non-profit, animal welfare organization dedicated to the rescue and placement of stray, neglected, and abused animals. Bark at the Moon Animal Rescue is completely funded by the support of the community through fundraising efforts and public donations. All of our pets are cared for by foster homes and receive complete medical care, which includes worming, vaccinations, and spaying/neutering prior to their adoption.
