Meet the Pet
This helps Purrfect Friends Cat Rescue with pet care costs.
RED RYDER loves attention, affection petting, loving - wants to be your lap kitty!! He's a well mannered, very friendly & affectionate, good looking orange tabby gentleman (around 14 - 15 years old, healthy & lots of love left to give!); front paw declawed. He's got a long body, with long legs.
If RYDER could talk - what a story he'd have to tell!! He was scooped up off the streets near a trailer park in Clermont County; neighbors reported that he'd been seen around for a couple of years. They'd been feeding him; maybe that's why he was in remarkable good condition (vet checkup = teeth in good shape, body in good shape, very healthy!) . But a "stray" outdoor cat - without front claws to defend himself - for such a long time???? Poor guy; we're very glad to have him back in our care & will be happy to find him a loving new home.
He was traced thru his microchip (hurray for microchips!) back to us at Purrfect Friends - turns out that we had his mom & siblings & had adopted him out as a kitten back in 2010! Sadly, efforts to reach his adopter have been unsuccessful; so he's now available for adoption again.
$60.00 adoption fee includes spay or neuter, vaccinations, testing for FIV & FeLV and micro-chip.
If interested in adopting, please fill out our application at http://www.purrfectfriendscatrescue.org/adoptform.html.
