My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Purrsephone is a beautiful white and brown tabby with a heart full of love. Although she may need a couple of days to adjust to a new home, her affectionate nature shines through once she feels comfortable. Purrsephone is quite vocal, making her desires known, especially when she wants something. One of her favorite treats is churros, which she enjoys indulging in. She loves to rub against you, seeking pets and affection. This loving girl enjoys hanging out with people, often relaxing by their side. Purrsephone is playful and can entertain herself with toys, showing her independent side. She does well with other cats and can also thrive as a solo kitty, making her a versatile companion for any household. Purrsephone is eager to find a forever home where she can share her affectionate personality and enjoy the company of her humans. She looks forward to creating lasting bonds and making wonderful memories in her new family.

More about this rescue

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.
