Penelope is a sweet, fun-loving girl with irresistible puppy spirit! She lets it all out through snuggles, joyful butt wiggles, and her love for stuffed animals. Her tail never stops wagging—especially when she sees someone new! She bonds quickly and enjoys being around people.
She hasn’t been tested with dogs or cats yet, but she hasn’t shown signs of aggression. She's also picking up house training! Since she’s new to the shelter, the staff are still getting to know her, but one thing is clear—she’s an affectionate, happy pup ready to steal hearts!
