A Little More About Me:
Hi, I’m Scooter, a 6-year-old Chihuahua/Terrier mix, and I’m looking for my forever home! I’m super affectionate and happiest when I’m snuggled up near my favorite humans.
I’m fully potty-trained and gentle, with an adorable case of the zoomies right before and after walks. Sleeping in a crate isn’t really for me—I’d much rather curl up near you. Luckily, I’m past my destructive phase, so you can trust me to roam freely when left alone.
I’m working on my leash manners since I can be a little protective when other dogs or people approach directly. I haven't had much exposure to other animals or children yet, so I’d need a little time and patience while I settle in. I might benefit from having a calm dog friend or a home where someone is around most of the time, since I do get a bit anxious when left alone.
If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s ready to become your best friend, I’d love to meet you!
