Breckle is such a gentle, sweet cat. He loves his cheeks scratched and he lifts his butt in the air as you pet him along his back. Breckle appears very sad and confused as not only did he lose the only owner he’s ever had he also lost his 3 cat roommate's. His owner moved to Ohio and left the 4 of them in her apartment. Our BAA friend heard of this and found a rescue who takes seniors to take 3 of the cats and our BAA rescuer took Breckle.
He really needs to feel safe and loved again, he looks so sad in his cage.
Breckle’s is neutered, up to date on vaccines, had full blood work (which was normal) and is free of intestinal parasites. He has healed hematomas on both his ears which makes him look extra adorable! His head tilt is likely from his ears being neglected for so long.
If you’d like to meet Breckle please contact Tara at Tara@brooklynanimalaction.org or complete our foster/adoption application and indicate Tara as his rescuer. https://brooklynanimalaction.org/foster-faq/ Or https://brooklynanimalaction.org/adoption-forms/
Thank you!
Thank you for thinking of a rescue animal in need of a loving home! Adopting one animal will help to open space for future furry-friends dreaming of forever homes!
All Brooklyn Animal Action cats and dogs are available to adopt, foster and foster-to-adopt.
