My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ted was surrendered to a local animal control along with Ada and Theo who are also available for adoption. Ted is 1 year old and weighs around 55lbs. Ted is one of 6 dogs in total that were surrendered from the same home. All of them were very nice dogs. You can see how much Ted loves attention from people - his tail wags nonstop! And he loves people both young and old!

Ted was surrendered to a shelter along with Theo SCAS and Ada SCAS who are also available for adoption. We've included a photo of them playing together in the shelter play yard. The man who surrendered him said that Ted's father was a Basset Hound and his mother was a Rat Terrier! Ted loves to play in the yard at the kennel with Theo and Ada - he also gets along well with other dogs. He also walks well on a leash, too.

Eleventh Hour Rescue, based in Morris County NJ, is a primarily volunteer run, no-kill rescue that saves animals on Death Row from high-kill shelters. Eleventh Hour Rescue dogs and cats are cared for by our compassionate and dedicated team of volunteers and staff. Whether in foster homes, our kennel or adoption centers, each dog and cat receives a clean and safe living environment, fresh food and water, medical attention, and most importantly an abundance of love and care until they find their FURever homes. We are dedicated to educating the community about the animal over-population problem and the importance of spaying and neutering. All funds go directly to supporting our animals and their needs.
