Introducing Randy! This little sweetie was rescued from an overcrowded TX shelter and made the trip to Wisconsin in hopes of finding a forever family.
Randy is a 4 month old puppy who weighs about 20 lbs.
Randy’s foster family says having Randy for the past week has been such a breeze!
He whines when he needs to go potty. He absolutely loves attention and to be cozy on the couch next to you or alone.
He is great with other animals dogs and Guinea pigs.
He loves to play fetch but not bring the ball back haha.
He loves to play with chew toys and run around.
He loves his foster humans, he loves them more when he gets to play tug-a-war.
Randy loves his walks he even helps walks himself.
He would be perfect in any home at this point honestly, he is just the best..
Randy is a puppy and does need patient reinforcement to learn his manners. Randy’s new family should be committed to taking the time and having the patience to teach Randy to be the best boy he can be.
Wag N’ Purr Animal Rescue is now offering a $50 reimbursement for any pet adopted from us after January 1, 2025 that has completed a professional basic training course. We feel so strongly about the benefits of professional dog training, that we’ll pay you to do it! All you need to do is supply us with a certificate of completion from a professional dog training organization, and we’ll give you $50!

We exist to rescue unwanted companion animals from abuse, sickness, neglect, homelessness and loneliness, and find them loving, forever homes. And to educate the public about proper care of an animal.
Wag N' Purr Animal Rescue is a foster based domestic animal rescue. We rescue stray dogs and cats from hard lives on the streets, and take in surrenders when life doesn't go exactly how you planned. The animals we take in will then be fully vetted with vaccines, and be spayed/neutered, if needed. We will place them with a loving foster family until we are able to find them a happy, loving forever home.
Our rescue is run solely on donations from kindhearted animal advocates like you.
We know that sometimes all it takes to change the world is a little kindness and compassion. Since our rescue started, we have been determined to make an impact. The core of our efforts is to bring our team’s fresh ideas and passion to serve animals who have been forgotten, abused or abandoned. Through all of our endeavors we hope to display the conviction behind our beliefs.
