Hey its Charity. Here’s the deal – I lived for years on a chain 24/7. When my owner moved, I went to boarding to wait for my forever home. That was 1.5 yrs ago. Still in boarding and I don’t know why. At 8 yrs old and a svelte 50 lbs, I’m quite a catch. I love love love love my humans and kids. Give me a nice walk, a lap or a couch, a car ride and some belly rubs and I’ll be your best girl. If there are cows living nearby, I’ll show you my famous belly crawl – it got me first place in the Canine Cow Stalking Competition last year. If you have another dog, proper introductions are in order. I prefer laid back dogs because I like to do my own thing. I spent a week at Charm School recently because my rescue friends couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t getting adopted. I was my trainer’s favorite student so we still don’t know why. But since he didn’t have to work very hard, he agreed to provide a free training session to whoever takes me home.
Charity is a lovable 8-year-old 50-pound female pit bull terrier who lived for years on a chain. She's in a loving foster home and just finished a week of training where she was the t star student.
She loves, loves humans and kids, is house trained, leash and crate trained. A gem of a laid-back dog.
