Princess came to us with a large mass (the last photo shows it). It was not cancerous. We had that removed, she was spayed, all her shots, microchipped, and
heartworm tested. Princess weighs 34 pounds.
This is from her foster:
"Princess is the sweetest chubby little 8 year old you will ever meet. She loves every human and wants to play with every dog she meets. She would probably play with cats if they were interested. She has a super soft coat that she loves for you to pet.
Supposedly having lived outside, she is nearly perfect in the house. She is crate trained and has only had one accident in the house (my fault).
As like every Beagle she loves her food, but is clearly not accustomed to getting table food, so other than the smells on the counter, will walk away from a lot of it.
Giving treats is getting better and if you remind her to be nice, she seems to understand.
This little girl just wants attention. She has not really shown any interest in getting on furniture, so will not encourage it, as her forever home may prefer it this way.
She has mastered the doggie door and absolutely loves being outside sniffing and exploring so would love a fenced yard.
At 8 years old, she could benefit from a joint supplement, as she acts stiff when she first gets up."
She is with a foster in Missouri. We arrange free transport to many states.
