Hi there! I'm Kodiak! I am a male, Shepherd/Aussie mix that is approx. 2 years old and weighs in the ballpark of 72 Lbs. I was found in the 500 block of Tubbs Rd. in Rockwall on 03/13/25 and never reclaimed by my owners. So now, I am hoping to have the luck of the Irish on my side and find me a new family to love! I am a very sweet and active boy. I'm sharp as a tac and learn very quickly. I am eager to please and love getting attention. I'm great with all people and do well with other dogs. However, a meet and greet is highly recommended if you have other dogs in the home prior to adoption. My adoption fee is $125. I am neutered, microchipped, current on my rabies vaccination, boosters to date and heartworm negative. IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks. If you are adopting a pet under the age of 12 weeks or an animal that has not yet been spayed or neutered, you will be required to return the pet to our facility on the agreed upon date set at the time of adoption. This policy is non-negotiable and violation of this health code is a criminal offense.

Dogs are tested for heartworms (if old enough), spayed/neutered, microchipped, given DHLP-P and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $125.

Cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, given FVRCP-PN and rabies shots and given a dewormer for an adoption fee of $75.
