My name is Burke!

This handsome chocolatey boy is 10.5mos old Burke. He is currently 57lbs and full of love to give. Burke is a very energetic boy but calms down to get some cuddles. After his initial energy burst he walks very well on leash for you. He has typically done well with dogs but we would like a meet and greet to make sure! He would prefer a kitty free home.

All animals up for adoption at the Hawk Creek Animal Shelter are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested negative (if age appropriate), up to date on vaccinations (a booster may be needed), given flea and tick preventative, given heartworm preventative, dewormed, and treated for anything necessary: such as dental cleanings, ear infections, etc. Please visit our website for prices and more information about our hours. No pre-applications are accepted, please come to the shelter with your family with no appointment needed. If you have another dog, we’d like an appointment to do a meet and greet with your other dog.
