Bo and Benny were originally born into Speedway Animal Rescue in November 2019. They were adopted together and returned recently due to owner moving.

They are very sweet dogs that are true to the GSP fun-loving and sensitive nature. They currently live at a daycare and boarding facility. They do well with other dogs and children but have never been around cats.

They are neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm negative, on heartworm prevention, and have Seresto collars. Their combined adoption fee is $300.

Additional adoption info

All of our dogs and cats are fully vetted prior to adoption - spayed/neutered, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, vaccinated and tested for heartworm (dogs) or FIV/FeLV (cats).

To adopt an animal from us, you will be required to complete an adoption application. When your completed application is returned to us, we will conduct a criminal background check, verify home ownership or landlord permission, check with any veterinary references and conduct a home check. Then pay adoption fee.

Please note that our adoption contract for cats has a NO DECLAW clause.

More about this rescue

We are a small non-profit rescue focused on the 4.77 square mile town of Speedway, Indiana, home of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Our goal is to make Speedway a no-kill town where every animal is spayed/neutered, microchipped and properly cared for. We rescue all animals taken to the town's Animal Control facility. We assist owners in need with veterinary care and food/supplies. We help trap-neuter-release feral cat colonies and socialize/adopt kittens under 3 months old.

Due to limited resources, we are unable to accept animals from outside the town's boundaries at this time.
