-These boys were surrendered when the owner couldn’t care for them anymore. Sady these boys don’t seem to have been socialized much so they are so scared being in a new place. We will be working on socializing them everyday to get them used to being in a new good place with good food and lots of good attention! They definitely need a home that will continue to work on them getting used to humans and would probably do better in a quieter house. Chinchillas can live 20 years with proper care! We do not recommend chinchillas for children as they do not make good pets for children under 12. They require a specialized habitat with multiple levels, specific food, and regular grooming care.
