The name says it all….Walter. This 98 lb. boy has stolen the hearts of all of the volunteers! We honestly don’t know what PAR will be like without this big lug, but he must get a home eventually! Walter goes to all our events and greets everyone kindly and politely. A dog that just loves everyone!.

Walter enjoys long walks, and he will lay down and tell you when he needs a break, so be prepared to just plant your feet for a while until he is ready to move again lol. That is unless you bring a stuffie toy with you! Stuffies are Walters favorite to play with, carry around, and just get excited about!

This 6-7 year old gentle giant loves lounging on a couch or dog bed (with a stuffie), enjoys belly and bum rubs, and is excellent on car rides. He is a talker and will tell you when he wants some attention. Walter is house and crate trained, dog friendly with most dogs, and would do best with children over 8 years old.
