Hi, I’m Trixie. I am a Chihuahua/Dachshund/Poodle mix. I have a unique story to tell. You see, I’m a puppy who had puppies! I’m probably not more than a year old and I weigh 10 pounds. I came into rescue pregnant, and the day after Christmas, I had four beautiful puppies. I was a great mom, and now the pups are ready to find their own homes.

I have made amazing progress in my foster home, and I’m still learning about the world. My ideal forever home would be an understanding family with another friendly dog for me to look up to and learn from, and a safe yard to play in. My adoption fee is $300, and I am spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. Submit Application

Thank you for your interest in adopting a pet from Medical Animals In Need!! Please be sure to answer each question carefully and honestly.

2.
Interview

We will answer your questions and may ask for clarification on items on your application. This may be done via phone or email.

3.
Meet the Pet

We require meet and greets with all owned dogs as well as a home check as part of our adoption process.

4.
Approve Application

You must read and sign our adoption contract (digitally via DocuSign) and pay the adoption fee prior to taking your new pet home.

Home checks & dog intros required. Adoption fees vary based on the following criteria: age, breed, medical history, etc.
