This sweet boy may be shy on the first approach but once he gets to know you he is a cuddle bug and lap dog. He is known to crawl into familiar people's laps and whine if they dare turn their attention away from him, he wants all of the love! He would thrive in a home that will give him the time, space, and love he needs to feel truly safe and be his most cuddly self. San Diego Humane Society, an open-admission shelter, is creating a more humane world by inspiring compassion and advancing the welfare of animals and people. Our lifesaving safety net has helped San Diego become the largest city in the U.S. to keep healthy and treatable shelter animals from being euthanized. We are a private, independent, nonprofit organization that is not affiliated with any other humane society or society for the prevention of cruelty to animals.

With campuses in El Cajon, Escondido, Oceanside, Ramona and San Diego, we provide animal services for 14 cities within San Diego County.
