Cuddly Pax is looking for his person!

Little Pax had a hard start to life, but now he just wants to love people! A boy who was biking found him dumped in a forest with a condition that made it hard for him to breathe called puppy strangles. We were able to give him the simple medication he needed to cure it. He’s all better now and is such a sweet and playful boy!

He is so loving and cuddly and just wants to be near you. His favorite thing is to come crawl on your lap and chew his chew toys, or bound after you wherever you are in the house or yard. He especially likes to rest his head on your shoulder and listens intently when you talk to him. He hasn’t met a person he doesn’t like!

He is playful and is a very curious pup - interested in everything. He especially likes ropes and squeaker toys. He likes to retrieve and has a really good nose, which he uses to explore everything around him.

He’s a very smart boy and responds so well to training. He is pretty much housetrained and always goes outside or on his puppy pads.

He lives with a medium sized foster dog, and loves to play with her! He likes to wrestle, chase, and just hang out. He is fine being the more submissive second dog. He could be happy with another dog or as an only dog in the house. He’s good with kids and is especially gentle for a 3 month old puppy! He’s met kids from infants up to teens and is sweet with them all. He hasn’t met any cats yet but we think he would be pretty submissive with them too!

Pax is so attached to people and would love to be someone’s companion. He has so much love to give! Are you his person?

Pax is estimated to be 3.5 months old and 18 lbs. Since we don’t know the dog’s actual genetics, this is just a guess on breed and size when grown. All dogs have had a vet examination, are up to date on all vaccinations, have been given dewormer and heartworm prevention. Dogs over 7 months have been heartworm tested.
