Kisha is a very young female Akita who is probably just over a year old. She is a sweet sassy little girl that although very petite she holds her own at the ranch!! She isn't a huge fan of other dogs but it may just be she had a rough introduction to other dogs in her short life. She is very sweet and loves people but also can be shy and need a little time to gain her trust. This little one is a darling spitfire that is so ready to have her forever home. She will flourish knowing she will be loved and cared for all the days of her life!

We have an adoption agreement and ask that you keep us informed of the dog's whereabouts if you move or relocate and also that you maintain updated contact information with our organization.

We ask for a tax deductible donation of between $250 - $500 to help us pay vet bills, rescue fees, boarding & transporting expenses.

More about this rescue

We specialize in rescuing Akitas , both purebred and mixes and from time to time other large breed dogs from high kill shelters, provide medical assistance if needed, assess them and find homes. We are truly the last resort for many dog that would otherwise be put to sleep. This is a act of kindness for those in most need & out of love for the dogs.

We are an all volunteer organization that survives on donations.
