Cooper is a loyal, protective, and loving dog. He is about 1.5 years old. He has been in the same home since he was 11 weeks old after he was found abandoned in the woods with his siblings. He is full of energy, loves to run and play fetch.
Cooper is crate trained, poor leash skills, and knows basic commands.
He is excitable and will bark at the wind but you will always know when someone is at the front door.
He currently is in a house with two kids under 6, 3 adults and another dog his age. He does well with most people but he is a little too rough for little kids. He would do best in a home with teenagers and older.
He gets along with other dogs but he is very aggressive on the initial meet. Meeting other dogs has to be closely supervised.
The ideal home will have individuals who are very active, love to cuddle at night, have no children or have teenagers.
Meet and greets required. Established vet care. Home visit required.
