General Notes | Bree comes dressed for the party - do you see her fancy tux?! This sweet lab pup can't wait to find her forever family, and spend all her days giving sweet snuggles and cuddles! She is one of the fluffiest and most playful from her litter! She also loves to be held and will jump right in your lap for cuddles! She always has a smile on her face and a wagging tail!! Want to adopt this loving girl? Please do not email us. Please fill out the Adoption Application ASAP.
Personality | Bree couldn't be cuter and sweeter! Her foster says she is the best gal, with all the love to give and receive. She loves exploring, sleeping on her fosters toes, and spending time playing with her puppy siblings! Her happy personality is contagious and will bring a smile to your face :)
Story | Bree was rescued with her nine (!!) siblings and mama days after her mom gave birth on the streets in Houston, TX. A concerned citizen noticed their pregnant mama Honey, and immediately put out a plea for rescue. MHLM jumped into action, and a dedicated foster drove over four hours and searched for the family in order to save them. Since her rescue, she has been in a foster home in Houston before recently making her way to Colorado! She's been in a loving foster home since she was a few days old and is well socialized! Her mom is also the sweetest, gentlest girl and seems to have passed that onto her babies.
Other Dogs | Bree is amazing with dogs, and is residing in foster with her foster dog brother! She is sweet, curious, and follows his lead. She isn't scared of big dogs and trIes her best to entice them to play!
Cats | Bree is being fostered with a kitty and is doing great! So far she has been curious, but respectful of the kitty. Her and her brother have both given the kitty plenty of space and haven't been interested in chasing him. She's young enough to thrive in all sorts of situations including having a kitty sibling :)
Children | Bree likes little humans a lot! Her fosters think she would do great with children and would enjoy their company.
Training | Bree is learning all about how to be the best puppy! She is learning to be happy in her crate and is crated through the night and takes naps throughout the day with her brother! Her foster parents are taking her all over Colorado to experience new things to get her well socialized for her future life in Colorado! Despite her fluff, she seems to be all lab in that she loves food and should be easy to train with treats!
Leash | Bree is still little, and isn't walking independently on a leash yet. She will start leash training once she has all of her vaccinations!
Activity Level | Moderate. So far this litter seems really mellow and are great nappers!
Health Notes | healthy and happy!
Thank you! |

Meeting Dogs | Foster dogs may have meet & greets by appointment to approved applicants only. To become an approved applicant - please complete the application process.
Please know | Available dogs are updated as soon as possible and we do our best to keep it up-to-date, but occasionally dogs shown may become unavailable without notice due to a pending adoption.
We encourage you to put in an application even if you don't see your new family member currently, as once you are approved, we can place you on the waiting list for first priority on the selection of the dogs we do bring in. That means you can often meet a dog upon transport arrival and adopt before they even make it to this page!
We can not guarantee that a dog you wish to adopt is available by the time your adoption application is submitted, processed, and approved. Your application is good for 90 days from the time of approval for any dog as long as it is a good fit for your family and your lifestyle.
