General Notes | This tiny-but-mighty pup is bursting with personality! Bailey is a petite black Lab mix with little white spots and a whole lot of spunk. Adventurous and fearless, she’s always the first to explore new places and introduce herself to new dog friends. She may be small, but she plays big—learning quickly how to keep up with older, bigger dogs. Bailey is pure puppy: curious, playful, and full of love. Whether she’s zooming around the yard or snuggling up after a day of fun, this sweet girl is sure to steal your heart! Could Bailey be your perfect little adventure buddy?

Personality | Bailey is tiny but mighty - this sweet girl has a personality that packs a punch in being both adorable and sweet. She is all puppy - curious, friendly, and wonderful.
Story | Bailey was rescued with her nine (!!) siblings and mama days after her mom gave birth on the streets in Houston, TX. A concerned citizen noticed their pregnant mama Honey, and immediately put out a plea for rescue. MHLM jumped into action, and a dedicated foster drove over four hours and searched for the family in order to save them. Since her rescue, she has been in a foster home in Houston before recently making her way to Colorado! Honey and her B's (all the puppies have B names) arrived in CO 3/8/2025. She is currently in a foster home with her brother Boomer.
Other Dogs | Bailey has grown up with many doggy siblings (with nine in her litter!) and does well with all sorts of dogs! She is enjoying time in her foster home with her foster siblings, and will do well in a house with another pup.
Cats | Bailey has not been cat tested, but due to her age and sweet temperament, her fosters think she would do well in adapting to a house with kitties.
Children | Bailey LOVES kiddos! She would be happy to have small people to play with, chase, and adore. She likes to be held, snuggled, and truly is the sweetest.
Training | Bailey's training is in progress. She is working on both potty and crate training, and is learning sit! She is learning quickly! She know that outside is potty time first then play, and she will instantly do her thing, before playing or exploring. She does cry in her crate when she needs to go out, and it making steps toward housetraining faster than expected.
Leash | Bailey is still teeny tiny, and getting all her vaccinations, so she isn't walking on a leash quite yet. Hopefully soon, as her training progresses!
Activity Level | Bailey's energy is moderate - she's a typical lab with bursts of energy and puppy chaos, and then settles in for a good nap! Number one fan of food, gets really excited for feeding times and will play right after, followed by a long nap.
Health Notes | Healthy puppy, growing and loving her new CO life.
