Edelweiss (noble white in German) joined our family as a puppy 2 years ago,.born on Sept 11. He is a British Labrador Retriever. He loves attention and is very playful. He is excellent at the command sit. He is the guardian of our livestock (chickens and goats) and gets along great with cats. He has been raised as a farm dog. Sadly he continues to take himself on adventures away from our home, and due to live circumstances we feel he would be happier with a family that can give him more time and attention than we are able to. He is use to kids, but still jumps on them. He especially jumps on an pushes younger children over. He is very use to being around livestock. We need to find a home for him asap and no later than June.
