Cadet is a 3-year-old Australian Shepherd mix with a striking white and red merle coat and adorable curly wire fur. He has a unique look with one small eye (microphthalmia), but don't let that fool you—this boy is as sharp as they come!

Cadet is deaf, but that doesn't slow him down one bit. He’s incredibly smart, attentive, and eager to learn, making him a great candidate for hand signals and positive reinforcement training. He’s also super sweet, affectionate, and ready to bond with his new family.

🏥 Health Notes:

Cadet is lightly heartworm positive, but he's already received a full year of treatment and is on a solid health plan.
His eyes and ears are structurally sound and cause him no pain.
Physically healthy with strong skeletal health—just a happy, lovable pup!

Our mission is to create a bridge between overflowing Texas shelters and rescues and forever homes!

We provide intensive training rehabilitation programs, medical treatment, and a loving caring environment. Our goal is to prepare dogs in need with a strong foundation and pair them with loving families. We are determined to lower the euthanasia statistics in central Texas and make a positive impact on the current shelter and rescue crisis!
