Jacob McCandless wants to be your new Best Friend!

Howdy partner! My name’s Jacob McCandless, but you can call me “Big Jake.” I’ve been around for a while—living behind some houses with my fellow feline friends. People in the neighborhood think I am around 5 years old. A kind lady has been feeding me, and I recently discovered that if I hop in her car, she’ll take me to her house! And let me tell you, it’s warm in there… plus, there are beds, toys, and all kinds of comfy spots to nap. Life has been pretty good, but what I’m really looking for now is a family of my own.

I’m super easygoing and love other cats, and I’m great with kids too! Seriously, I’ve never met a person I didn’t like, and the vet? No problem—I'm a trooper when it comes to checkups. I’ve had all my vet work done, so I’m all set and ready to go. Jacob has been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.
