My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Quick Facts

  • Name: Niji

  • Age: 5 months

  • Gender: Male

  • Neutered/Spayed: Yes

  • Breed: Jindo Mix

  • Color: Brown

  • Weight: 7kg (still growing!)

My Personality

I am gentle, curious, and full of puppy energy! I absolutely love playing with other dogs and feel happiest when I have a furry friend by my side. When meeting new people, I might take a moment to observe from a safe distance before I come closer. But if you offer me a treat, I’ll quickly warm up! I may not seek out affection right away, but once I trust you, I’ll happily accept pets and even cuddles. I’m also a quick learner—especially when snacks are involved! My love for treats makes training fun and rewarding.

Social Skills

  • With People: I take a little time to feel comfortable, but treats help me build trust!

  • With Other Dogs: I love other dogs and feel more confident when I have a friend around.

  • With Cats: I haven’t met a cat yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react.

Energy and Activities

I have a playful but balanced energy level. I enjoy outdoor adventures and playtime, but after a fun day, I know how to settle down and rest. When I go for walks, I can get a little excited and might pull on the leash, but I’m eager to learn and follow my human’s lead. With gentle guidance, I’ll become a wonderful walking companion in no time! Because I’m still a puppy, I’m full of curiosity, enthusiasm, and adorable puppy antics. Keeping me engaged with play, training, and new experiences will help me grow into a confident and happy dog.

Life at Home

  • Settling In: I do best with a patient family who will help me feel safe and build my confidence.

  • Walks: I enjoy walks and outdoor time, though I’m still learning not to pull on the leash.

  • Food & Treats: I love treats and have no issues sharing—I’m always happy at mealtime!

  • House Training: I can do both indoor pad training and outdoor potty breaks.

  • Crate Training: I settle in calmly when riding in a kennel.

My Ideal Home

  • A Patient & Understanding Family – Someone who will give me the time and encouragement I need to fully open up.

  • A Dog Friend – I feel happiest and most confident when I have another pup to play with!

  • Fun Activities & Training – I love treats, and I’m eager to learn! Training with me will be a fun and rewarding experience.

I may start off a little shy, but with love, patience, and the right guidance, I’ll blossom into the loyal and affectionate companion you’ve been looking for. If you’re looking for a gentle, playful pup who will bring joy and warmth into your life, I might be the perfect match for you!

I can’t wait to meet my forever family!
