We're not sure how Barney would be in a home with children. but we feel confident he would be a great companion for one person or small household of just two but no more than three people.

Barney is an extremely sweet boy. He can be vocal at times, like all cockatoos, especially at first light of the day and around 8 p.m. when he wants to go to bed. He gets along well with other birds and has a great appetite for his freshly made chopped veggies.
He is available for adoption with a large cage and adoption also includes our generous care package.
Understanding that Barney can be vocal at times, we will not place him with anyone who shares a wall with their neighbor. We prefer that you have cockatoo experience to adopt Barney, but it is not necessary. He is seeking a loving home that will give him all the TLC and attention he deserves and thrives on.
