My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Holden is neutered and READY TO GO HOME TODAY!!

Meet Holden, a handsome fella with a coat that's as striking as his personality! With his unique black shiny fur dotted with white flecks, he's got looks that will steal your heart. This sweet boy came in as a stray and is still working on gaining a little weight, but don't worry-he's got plenty of love to go around!

Holden is crate-trained, potty-trained, and has all the playful energy of a puppy. He's always ready for an adventure, especially if it involves a walk (use a harness because he does pull) or some playtime with his favorite female dog friends. He's a little more reserved around male dogs, but he's got a great sense of humor and will win you over with his gentle charm. He does tend to get carsick, even on short rides - if you are looking for a dog to go with you on long drives, he will need medication from a vet. When he's not running around, he's the ultimate cuddle buddy, and he's got a tail that's always wagging to show just how much love he has to give. His favorite hobby is destroying soft toys as quickly as possibly - hard toys or long, strong ropes are best.

This guy is a treat lover (Pupperoni's are the best!) who takes snacks like a gentleman and will shower you with the best kisses ever. He's looking for a home where he can be the happy, playful, and affectionate dog he was always meant to be. If you're ready for a lifetime of tail wags, kisses, and endless cuddles, Holden just might be the perfect match for you! Come meet him today and see for yourself!

If you're interested in learning more about him, please reach out to his foster mom at rachel.petranka@gmail.com

He is up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick, and heartworm prevention, is microchipped, and already neutered. If you have dogs or cats, we recommend slow introductions over time. If you have children in your home, we recommend supervision between animals and children at all times.
