My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

The name of Chili is actually a brilliant name for me :) I am pretty chilled and am kind of like a mild Chili for dinner.
I came form the streets and then the pound and since no one came to save me i was almost killed :(
Since I was saved and am living in a wonderful foster home. I am a pretty "chill' girl who is super responsible in the house, If you are looking for a mature but sweet and stick chaser for about 4 rounds then I am you gurl!!
I have the brains to learn all kinds of things, and I LOVE my foster mom too.
If you know the breed they tend to be attached to their one person or one family and we LIVE to have that one person we can love for life!!
Chili had a rough start, but someone loved her and did the training to make her such an EASY addition of any family..
Chili is ready for her one true love, hopefull not too many frogs to kiss before she finds it!!

If you are approved to adopt, payments can be made on our website through PayPal, Debit Card or any major credit card.

Adoptions applications are checked by contacting references and veterinarians of those with pets to ensure our pups go to the best homes possible. We work hard to place dogs into the right families, but sometimes we realize the fit isn't quite working out for the adopter or the pet..

If an adoption does not work out and we have room to take the dog back into the rescue, we will. However, the sheer number of needy animals in TX usually means we become full quickly after the dog is adopted. So, in those cases we will post the animal locally, and help the adopter screen applicants and facilitate finding another adoptive home for the pet in your area.

We are a TEXAS based rescue who transport regularly to this area. Our dogs are in TEXAS and will be transported to you if you adopt from us.

Our pets are posted on our website, and most live in homes with their fosters. We live with our foster dogs to get to know them in a home setting and to let them know that life can be good away from the streets.

We work to correct poor behaviors, teach manners and observe each dogs particular quirks and personalities so we can give accurate observations of the dogs you are interested in.

We know that dogs will sometimes behave differently with different people but we can give you our impressions of our pups and situations they have been in.
