Meet Davenport! This happy, playful pup is ready to find his forever home, and he’s eager to share all his love and energy with you. At 2.5 years old and 60 lbs, Davenport is a social butterfly who adores people and gets along great with other dogs. He’s a big fan of playtime, especially tug of war with his favorite toys. After a good play session, he’s all about those cozy moments, whether it’s snuggling up with you or squeezing himself into a spot that`s way too small for him (but he swears he fits perfectly in your lap!).

Davenport is also the king of relaxation, happy to chill on his own while you`re out and about. He loves head rubs, butt scratches, and just hanging out with his favorite humans. We are dedicated to the sheltering and placement of animals and general animal welfare. We are an open-intake facility and care for more than 11,000 annually. Our goal at Young-Williams Animal Center is to find “forever” homes for all our adoptable animals!
