Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi!
It's Zoe Sweetpea Angel here! As many people know we like to choose our names based on our personalities...perhaps you can garner a little something about me from my name!
My Foster Mommy keeps calling me Sweetpea and Angel - she doesn't even call her own dogs that! She calls them her furry monsters! She tells everyone that I am a dream dog to have in the home because I am so quiet, gentle, and with a soft personality. I am great with dogs, cats, and kids and I am house-trained and love my kennel!
I love going for walks but I am not a hyper girl at all. Even more importantly...I love getting cuddles!
I have been told that I am one of the most well-rounded dogs that have come into care at Rescue for Life. I was not abused but rather just neglected so my progress in my Foster Home has been super fast!I did have a bite wound on my leg when rescued but this has healed up really fast!
I am a smaller delicate Husky Shep cross and I am about 12 months old and 37 lbs!
I would now like to find my forever home so that I can proudly say that I helped make room for another one of my deserving friends still waiting to be rescued!
If you are interested in meeting me please contact Rescue for Life at info@rescue4life.org or (780) 702-6151.
Please share my ad with your friends. Through networking this deserving girl will find her forever home!
Please Spay and Neuter
For every one dog we bring in about five die waiting to come in.
Many of our dogs are severely malnourished when they first come in. Some have broken limbs. Some have gun shot wounds. Some have been burned. All have been neglected.
Please make a difference today!
