Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Loving, Calm, Happy
Valentine’s Day Loan is a keeper! She will be your constant companion, sweetly following you around the house. Sit down, and she is in your lap, all snuggly and lovey. She adores getting a kitty massage, and will fall asleep in the middle of it! She’s not crazy about being picked up just yet, but your lap is a magnet to her. She is also happy simply sitting next to you!
Val gets along well with other cats, though if they are super active, their fast movements will startle her; but, that doesn’t stop her from always trying to engage them in play! She also likes to play with spring toys, and has short bursts of playfulness. She’s a big fan of sunshiny windows, and any bug that gets in the house is fair game!
Val came to APA! in sad shape, and it was obvious that no one ever took care of her! That’s probably why she leans into all the pampering you give her. She is being treated for some tremors, so for now her balance needs to be monitored, and a litter box with a low entry is best for her.
She would do best in a calm and low-traffic home with adults and young adults; the young kids she was around had too much energy and caused her distress. Too much chaos scares and confuses her, which can cause her to lose her balance.
Val is looking for a home with laps to sit on, people to follow around and share affection with, and maybe another low-key cat to be her friend. Contact us today to meet this beautiful little Flame Point Siamese. She will be your sweetheart forever!
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
