My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Violet and I am looking for a furever and loving home where I will be cherished and treated with respect and dignity. Despite witnessing many other bunnies find their forever homes I received no application. But I still hold onto hope that my dream will soon come true.
As a matter of fact, I saw the lady from the rescue deleting and blocking a heartless person who left a comment saying that I was ugly because I only had one eye. The person cruelly said that my destiny was to be in a soup. But I choose not to let such negativity bring me down.
I lost one eye trying to survive at a construction site, but I am a fighter and a survivor.
I was taking refuge in a small crawl space at night, but as the construction neared completion,it was evident that the crawl space would soon be closed. So I had to find another place to live.
While looking for a new place to hide a kind lady thankfully saw me. She immediately contacted the Rescue. Thank goodness the Rescue agreed to take me in.
The lady from the Rescue is always praising me for using the litter box. She said that despite my trauma, my sweetness is clearly evident. She went on to say that such a sweet creature did not deserve to be treated in such a terrible manner.
I felt comforted hearing that, and it gives me hope that I can find love and a forever home that I can call my own.
All I want is to be loved. Is that too much to ask?
People from the Rescue estimate that I am about a year old and weigh 5.5lbs. I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and I am located in West Palm Beach, FL.
