Welcome Colin Furrth! This handsome boy loves watching the birds from his cat hammock, following foster family around the house, and some good evening pets and cuddles. Foster family feels Colin’s best forever would be with older children, ones that aren’t going to chase him around the house. Maybe somewhat of a lower key household, where he can be the king of the palace. He does fine with passive dogs, ones that are not always in his face. He currently lives with two in his foster home. He’s up-to-date on all of his shots and has great litter box habits! Ready to meet this handsome, silly, lovable boy? Apply you will not be disappointed!

You are required to sign a legally binding contact on your new pet. As part of that contract, should you no longer be able to keep the animal for any reason, the animal MUST be surrendered back to SAAP. This is to ensure the animal is placed back in foster care while we secure a new approved home for the animal. However, we always try to ensure that the initial placement is best for the pet and your family. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption.

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where we provide love, food, medical care and socialization until adoption into a new loving home. We educate on the importance of spaying and neutering of all pets.

We ensure all animals have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are micro-chipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm and anti-flea medications (as age appropriate). They are ready and waiting to start their new life with their fur-ever family. Could that be you?

We need your help to continue our mission. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of your donation will go towards the rescue, care, and medical needs of the animals.
