Smokey was found on the streets of Youngstown, OH were she was part of a TNR project. She was friendly so the rescue kept her in a foster home so she would be able to live the rest of her life indoors with a family.

We are small group that assists Campbell, OH police officers when they remove an animal from an abusive or neglectful situation. We provide emergency and basic medical care through fundraising and find new, loving homes for the animals with the assistance of the police department.
