My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Tika!

Tika is a 12-year-old chihuahua mix who is looking for a loving forever home. After spending her entire life with her previous family, Tika was surrendered to the shelter for unknown reasons. Tika has been such a joy to get to know, she has a wonderful, happy personality and is a playful gal for being a senior. She is working on a little weight loss and will be seeing our vets soon to assess any medical needs. Tika has done well with other dogs her size and we believe would do fine with cats with proper introductions. Be sure to keep your eyes peeled on Instagram (@nwdogproject) for updates! If you would like to be considered as Tika's forever home, be sure to submit an adoption application on our website!

Adoption fee includes; spay/neuter, microchip, microchip registration, dewormer, fecal testing, flea/tick prevention and age-appropriate vaccines.

Tika would do great in a home with...
Cats : Yep!
Dogs : Yep!
Kiddos : 10+
