Zuke is an older boy who likes to do older cat things. Sometimes he still wants to play. He lived with another cat but prefers to be the center of attention. As a tabby/bangle mix he is not into getting picked up, but wants to be near you.They just need to give him time to adjust**Please fill out an application found on our website under "adopt a pet" and send it in to start adoption process.**

More about this shelter

Van Wert is a small rural community. The Van Wert County Humane Society has seen hard times in the past but since the Humane Society is under a new board, things have changed for the better and we work hard to care for and adopt the animals at the shelter. We have a small base of volunteers that will come and spend time with the animals at the shelter. We take donations of any sort, and the Humane Society is 501c3.
