DOB 3-15-2024 Rocket is a lively and adventurous kitty with a big personality. She was found with her three siblings in a Louisiana 3-gallon peanut oil box. Growing up with her littermates has made her friendly and social, especially around other cats. True to her name, Rocket is full of energy and loves to climb, leap, and explore. She can be quite rambunctious, often showing her playful side by jumping onto your shoulders or back when you least expect it. But beneath all that energy, Rocket is also incredibly sweet and loves affection. When she is not climbing or playing, she will seek out attention and cuddles, making her the perfect mix of playful and loving. Rocket is ready to blast off into her forever home, where she can climb, play, and be adored!

Additional adoption info

Our adoption process involves a personal interview with one of our adoption counsellors. Potential adopters are asked questions about their family, home, and lifestyle in order to match them with the perfect cat or kitten. We do require an adoption contract/agreement that outlines expectations for both the adopter and our organization.
Adoption Fees are $60 for adults, $100-120 for most kittens, and $150+ for specialty breeds.

More about this rescue

We work with local shelters to give cats and kittens more time to find just the right home. We have placed over 3,000 kitties with new families since 2013. We are also avid promoters of the Trap-Neuter-Release process to assist in the reduction of homeless cats by spaying and neutering and education of the public on the basics of the process.
