My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Currently in Texas
Lolita is apx 9-10 years old and 8.9 pounds.
She was rescued from converse animal shelter.
Lolita had extensive medical needs as she had a very larger inguinal hernia, a mammary tumor, severe dental disease and of course needed her spay, and senior blood panel done.
Lolita occurred quite the medical bill but had her procedures and is in a loving foster recovering well.
Lolita will be ready for adoption after February 25th and would love a home where her people are always there.
Lolita has mild separation anxiety and really loves to be where the humans are. Although Lolita is fine with other dogs, she does not really play or cuddle with other dogs. If she had a choice between being with dogs or people she would definitely prefer the people, and adores being the center of attention.
Lolita loves to sit on a lap and to be held and coddled. She will make a fantastic companion and best friend.
She walks well on a leash and harness and likes going in the car, really she likes going wherever you are and will be happy to accompany you.
Lolita is a very sweet and deserving girl.

Submit Application

Please go to our webpage www.texaschihuahuarescuecanada.org and submit an online application.

2.
Approve Application

We will approve your application by calling your vet and your personal reference. Once you have been approved, it's time choose your pet!

3.
Pay Fee

Payment can be done by e-transfer to txcrcanada@gmail.com

4.
Take the Pet Home

Once your payment is confirmed, we will confirm your Transport Date with you, the day your new family member will arrive in Canada.

Additional adoption info

All existing pets must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines. Please complete an application at www.texaschihuahuarecuecanada.com Vet check, personal reference and home visit required.
