My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*pair of female rats
*both gray berks, Athena has the white belly.
*Approximately 1 1/2 as of February 2025
-These girls originally came to us as tiny babies and were adopted out together as a pair. After a year and a half, the adopters decided they had allergies and the girls were too much work :(. So they are back here and needing to find a forever retirement home that will love them for the rest of their life! They are sweet girls who are very outgoing and curious and don’t mind being held and handled! Female rats are usually more active and playful while males are usually more cuddly and lazy. All potential adopters will be fully screened and must fill out an application and come meet the animal they wish to adopt. No animals will ever be shipped. We are a small animal rescue located in western Pennsylvania, within driving distance of cleveland and Pittsburgh. We specialize in cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, and other small creatures. We are here for all that are in desperate need of a home, whether that be from neglect or abandonment.
