My name is Rudolph. I was born under a porch and when the human tried to rescue us at 6 weeks my mom decided to move us. About 3 weeks later that human found and saved us. My brother and I didn’t know what to expect, we were scared we didn’t have our mom anymore. And this human seemed nice but was so big! We hid every time she came into the room. We hissed at her to scare her away but it didn’t work. She continued coming in to feed us and sat and talked to us. After a week we decided that she was ok and wasn’t going to hurt us. We came out one day and she petted us, it felt so good to no longer be scared. And the pets and belly rubs, they made us purr our little hearts out. One day she left the door open so we could experience the rest of the house. Again fear hit us, there were lots of other cats and more humans, we didn’t come out for almost a week.

Once we were roaming the house we realized that this inside life is pretty nice, no cold nights, no having to hunt for food, no wild animals wanting you eats us. Just lots of kitty’s to play with and humans to show us so much love.
