My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dwight is a handsome 6 year old who loves to be the sidekick to his favorite humans. He has CH which makes him a little unsteady at times and causes some extra head motions, but it does not slow him down! He is adventurous, loyal, playful, and loves to keep watch of all that is going on around him. He is also deaf, but it just means he gets extra good cat naps and isn't scared of the vacuum!

Dwight does need to be the only cat in the home.

His adoption fee includes his neuter surgery, microchip, age appropriate vaccinations, and group testing for FIV and FeLV.

Our top priority is finding the perfect match between families and pets so that all of our rescued animals find a safe and loving home. We try to make our adoption process a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. At the same time, we pride ourselves on being as thorough as possible. This means that we take time to make sure the pet you're interested in is the right fit for your family. We will work with you to make sure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision. If there is more than one application for a pet, we will be upfront and let you know. Please be aware that we may make a home visit and/or contact your veterinarian before completing the adoption process. We may also contact your landlord if you rent an apartment or home. Our aim to ensure a lifetime of love and companionship for all of our animals and their new families.

The Mission of Juliet's House is to promote the humane care and rescue of abandoned animals; to support volunteers willing to foster such animals through socialization and medical treatments to adoption. Additional goals are to promote spay and neutering of pets to reduce over-population and to increase the general public's support of abandoned animals and improve the welfare of companion pets through education.
