Meet Theresa! She received her special name (mother Theresa) because she tended to a few orphaned kittens with her milk & did a great job caring for them. We initially got her into our rescue as she had to be rushed to the emergency vet because her baby got stuck inside her and she required an emergency C-section (everyone did well). Theresa is 2 years old now.
PERSONALITY: Theresa is social to anyone she meets. In the video, she didn’t know me (she’s been in foster care) and this is how she reacted to me! She loves to be pet and talked to!
She still likes to play, and gets along well with other cats. She would do best in a home with 1 or 2 other pets as she wants a lot of attention, she currently has a best friend in the house, a cat named Angel.
She does give love bites from time to time if you don’t pet her lol. But the foster has a house full of pets and truly needs more attention than what she gets in her foster home.

Theresa is using the cat box well and eating lots of wet food. Friskies pate wet food Twice daily (only some dry has been given).
Every cat should get 5.5-6 oz a day of wet food!
READ at the very bottom to learn why it is actually vital for cats to get wet food daily (and why limiting the crappy dry food is key). LESS VET BILLS for
You & longer life for kitty!
VETTING: Theresa is spayed/neutered, has rabies and distemper vaccine, dewormed with revolution on for fleas/earmites. She is also Fiv/Felv NEGATIVE
Theresa also comes with a case of her wet food too!

(More on wet food) Pease remember; our cats have a low thirst drive and NEED the moisture in the wet food. Since wet food is 75% moisture and dry food only 10%, that is huge for our felines. Cats need wet food daily to avoid a lot of dehydration related medical problems long term like urinary tract issues which can lead to litter box ovoidance and kidney disease or obesity issues linked to diabetes..
****How much?**** At least one (3oz. can a day but 2 cans recommended) or 1/2 of a 5oz. Can of Friskies pate wet food a day (although one full can, half in morning and other half at night, is recommended ).
We highly encourage 5.5-6oz a day of wet cat food.
