My name is Huey!

Hi friends! My name is Huey, my brothers and I came into the shelter in pretty sad condition; our little ribs were showing from the lack of food & our skin was starting to show the lack of nutrients... but we never let that taint our view of humans. We immediately began wagging our tails and jumping up on the girls here at the shelter in order to get more love & pets, and every day our love & trust grows.

Of the 3 of us, the staff say that I am the ACTUAL leader lol. I`m the smallest, but I`ve definitely got enough spunk to make up for it! Staff is pretty convinced I`d make a great sport dog - particularly in agility, weight pulling, or even obedience. The possibilities are endless with some one-on-one training, and now is the perfect time to start!

We`re all going to be medium-large sized dogs when we`re adults, but you definitely won`t be able to get the cuddles I give from a small dog! If you`re someone who is looking to dog training, or even just an active person looking for a trail-buddy, please come down to the shelter to meet me - you won`t regret it!
