Bruin is a 2.5 yr old male with everlasting energy. If you want a ball of fur to play with, Bruin is your guy. He loves to climb, chase, and be chased. He loves to love and be loved. His favorite pastime is drifting around corners to catch his ping pong balls while giving his foster brother a real good slap. His zoomies are unreal. And he will wrestle a human if the chance brings itself.
He is a master cuddler in the morning and at night but will make a racket if you’re late to meal time. He likes to occasionally watch TV with you while making biscuits on a fluffy blanket. Bruin is very social with people and would do very well with a family with teenage kids who can give lots of attention and lots of space to run. And then run some more. He does not mind having a running partner or sibling of the feline kind after appropriate acclimation.
He has been trained to put on his leash and likes taking routine walks near his home or where the surroundings are more on the quiet side. Although he tolerates a vacuum, he is scared of trash trucks and fireworks.
Being Bruin’s foster mom has been an adventure. It’s similar to caring for a super smart and curious toddler. He’s a mischievous goofball who always takes time to let you know he loves you by slow long blinks and intense head butts. He likes to be involved in your everyday life including using the restroom together. He makes me laugh everyday and he’s always waiting at the door for a hug when I get home. If you want your own little ray of sunshine (or tornado) Bruin is your perfect option. He’ll definitely be missed by us and all of our neighbors (he’s a minor celebrity here lol). Bruin also has a foster brother (Boots) if you’re looking to add a purrfect pair to your family. Bruin is guaranteed to bring plenty of laughter to any home he joins!
